1. First and foremost you have to be a registered member to make a post in any of the discussion forum or upload anything in the Gallery.
If you haven't already done so you will need to click the 'Register' link at the top of the page and complete the short registration process.

2. Fill in the details requested on the form then click the 'Register' button.
3. If all the details are valid an email will be sent to the email address entered on the form. You MUST click on the link in the email to activate your membership of the discussion board.
4. Once you have activated your membership you can log-in to the discussion board or the Gallery using the details you gave in step 2.
To log-in to the Gallery go to the Gallery then click on Login at the top of the page. The following log-in instructions relate to the discussion forum.
5. You can tell when you're logged in correctly because the board will have a message saying Hello [yourname].
6. Click on the name of forum you wish to post in.
7a. If you wish to start a new topic click on the 'New Topic' link on the right of the page.
or
7b. If you wish to reply to a topic already being discussed click on the 'Reply' link on the right of the page.
8. Complete the post using the form presented to you.
